Sales / Business Developer at Aqua Robur

As Aqua Robur Technologies continues to grow, we are now recruiting another Sales/Business Developer with an interest in sales and business development. Here, you’ll join a driven and curious team with a strong customer focus and a unique solution that makes a real difference for both the environment and people. Aqua Robur has won several major innovation and business idea competitions in Sweden and Europe and has a very strong ownership structure.

About the Role 
At Aqua Robur, you will have the opportunity to work with a solution that truly makes a difference, contributing to sustainability and providing more people with access to clean water. This position offers great opportunities for development in a company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and solid investors. Your playing field is in Sweden but also internationally. You will be responsible for sales activities towards end customers, distributors, and partners, including conducting sales meetings and assisting in customer relations during the implementation phase.There is a strong interest from customers in Aqua Robur’s technology for monitoring water networks, which is currently used by approximately 100 water and sewage companies and agencies in Sweden and Europe. The role involves sales activities, planning exhibitions, and managing sales activities with intermediaries and partners in export markets. Your work area covers Sweden and parts of Europe. The headquarters is located in Mölndal, and travel will be part of the job. You will be a key player in the future development of Aqua Robur, with great opportunities to influence the business and its continued growth.

Your Experience

We are looking for someone who wants to work in sales and has a proven track record of strong sales results. Ideally, you are attracted to being part of an entrepreneurial company where your contributions truly make a difference. You are experienced in analyzing and prioritizing opportunities from a broad perspective and feel confident in commercial negotiations. A balance between drive and perseverance is key to success in this role. An interest in technology, such as software, IoT, automation, or technology in general, is a plus.

You describe yourself as driven and proactive, and you thrive when working closely with customers and business deals. An interest in environmental and sustainability issues is welcomed.
