Aqua Robur is Seeking a Customer Success Manager

About the Role 
As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that our customers, distributors, and partners have the knowledge and resources they need to fully utilize Aqua Robur’s solutions. You will conduct training sessions on both our analytics tools and the physical installation of hardware, primarily within Sweden but also internationally. You will ensure that training materials are available, accurate, and continuously developed for an optimal user experience.

With your excellent problem-solving skills, you will handle technical support inquiries, which come in via phone and our ticketing system. You possess a high level of product knowledge and perform proactive analyses of data and settings to ensure optimal operation for our customers. We are on a growth journey in the water industry, working both in the Swedish market and internationally. Through innovative technology, we have a vision to be a driving force in the transformation taking place within the water and wastewater industry.

Experience

  • Minimum of a vocational education in technology, electrical engineering, automation, mechanics, or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of experience in technical support, maintenance technician roles, and/or a Customer Success role
  • A valid driver’s license (B)
  • Proficiency with computers and systems, experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the water or district heating sector
  • Experience with both hardware and software
  • Workshop technical experience
