As Operations Manager, you will have a central role in ensuring effective and smooth flows for our products throughout the chain from suppliers to customer orders. You will be a key player going forward, with great opportunities to influence the business and the continued development of Aqua Robur. About the role
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with our competent team internally in sales, marketing, and product development. You will be a key player in developing and implementing our supply chain strategy regarding strategic and operational procurement, with a focus on ensuring quality and delivery capacity of our products in different volumes while minimizing costs. You will work cross-functionally and within the company.
You will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer and be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation and support for production, assembly, and quality assurance are available. You will work on production development in parallel with the product development by R&D. Your ability to be a "doer" and get things done will be critical in this role.
Your experience
To thrive in the role of Operations Manager at Aqua Robur, you should have a few years of experience in supply chain and procurement. However, we also believe that you can come directly from University/College but have worked in a similar role alongside your studies. You have knowledge of production development and an understanding of different complex technical products. It is a merit if you have experience managing supplier contracts and purchasing and if you have knowledge of certification processes and quality assurance. You have an understanding of material planning systems and have analytical abilities to optimize inventory balances and purchasing. We require a university degree in industrial economics, production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are not afraid to take your own initiatives. You are communicative and have good ability to collaborate both internally and externally. You are result-oriented and have the ability to develop and improve processes to ensure efficient and economical supply chains. As a person, you are a team player who wants to collaborate, you may have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in a smaller company where you have a lot of responsibility.
